Why People get Botox in Their 20s and 30s

Botox is a commonly used injectable used to smooth out the wrinkles of the face and improve appearance. As we age fine lines and wrinkles develop across our face, but it’s not uncommon for young adults to receive Botox injections in their twenties.

Botox is a form of the Botulinum toxin Type A. It prevents muscle groups from overacting and creating wrinkles and folds in the face. A surgeon may apply topical anesthetic on the skin to minimize any discomfort. Once the skin numbs, the surgeon will place several tiny injections of Botox around the small muscles of the forehead and eyes that cause wrinkles and lines to be pronounced. Chin Implants

Chin augmentation, also known as mentoplasty is a plastic surgery procedure that helps reshape or add volume to a chin that is receding or weak. It is often performed to add symmetry to the face in a way that harmonizes the facial features. Chin augmentation may be a good option for you if you wish to enhance your facial features. Good candidates have reasonable expectations about the outcome of their procedure and may possess a recessed chin, a pointed or squared chin, or a prominent nose.

Mentoplasty utilizes chin implants made from a Silastic or Mirselene mesh to supplement the jawbone under the patient’s teeth. The Four Stages of Recovery from a Facelift

Getting any surgical procedure can be scary, but facial surgery comes with its own set of qualms since the results are so prominent and visible. This means it is best to fully educate yourself before you go on the operating table. While it is of course necessary to research the procedure itself, another part you want to understand is just how the recovery process goes. When it comes to facelifts, there are four main stages of recovery.

Stage One

Stage Two
