To ensure the best results, we require patients to refrain from strenuous activities for two weeks and lifting heavy objects for three weeks. As an added precaution, we recommend that patients avoid any activities that could cause trauma to the nose for six weeks post operation. We follow all patients’ recovery for one year, as it may take that length of time to fully appreciate the final results.
